Marina Mabrey reflected on her journey from the being 19th overall pick in the 2019 draft to becoming a WNBA star. “Being the 19th pick, I wasn't supposed to be in the league still,” Mabrey said. “If you continue to work hard and believe in yourself—and get a little bit lucky here and there—it can still work out for you.”
