Mariners Acquire Brendan Donovan in Three-Team Trade

The Cardinals receive RHP Jurrangelo Cijntje, CF Tai Peete, OF Colton Ledbetter, and two competitive-balance Round B picks. The Rays receive 3B Ben Williamson. Donovan has primarily been a 2B over his 4-year career, but also has experience at 1B, 3B, SS, LF, and RF. The 2025 All-Star slashed .282/.361/.411, with a .772 OPS in four seasons with the Cardinals.
