Marlins Stay Red Hot, Hand Paul Skenes Another Tough-Luck Loss

The Marlins improved to an MLB-best 10-2 in June with a 4-2 win over the Pirates, leaving both clubs at 36-36. Paul Skenes struck out 10 for the third time in seven starts but fell to 6-6 with a 2.85 ERA. Miami tagged him for two homers in the second, including Joe Mack's historic first career changeup homer allowed by Skenes.
