Phoenix owner Ishbia blasted intentional losing, writing, “Tanking is losing behavior done by losers” and calling it “embarrassing for the league.” He said purposely shutting down players is “much worse than any prop bet scandal” and hurts integrity. Ishbia urged Silver and the NBA to “stop it with massive changes,” adding the only “strategy” is “doing right by fans, players.”

Early in the third quarter, Williams was rocketing into the paint and went for a crazy poster attempt on Wembanyama. Williams didn't get close enough to the rim and was prevented from completing the dunk on Wemby. However, Victor was called for the defensive foul, having made a little bit of contact with Williams during the dunk attempt.

Jalen Brunson Caught Looking Disgusted By Karl-Anthony Towns Getting Blocked
KAT hasn't been the same offensive engine fans are used to seeing. Going up for a layup tonight against the Pistons saw him getting blocked at the rim by Paul Reed. This led to the camera panning to Brunson which showed him looking viscerally disappointed. The Knicks lost 126-111 with Towns having an efficient but forgettable 21 and 11 performance.

Suns HC Was Trying to Save Devin Booker “From Himself” by Taking Him Out of Spurs Game
Jordan Ott took Booker out the Spurs game at halftime due to some right hip soreness. He was helping Booker "save himself from himself," by preventing him from playing anymore. Ott shared that D-Book wasn't moving great, due to the injury. The Suns lost 121-94, with Booker out halfway through the game and Dillon Brooks not playing at all.

Chiney Ogwumike Says Cade Cunningham Has the “Keys to the NBA” After Big Win vs. Knicks
Ogwumike said that Cunningham not only has the keys to his own team, but the NBA as well, after a 126-111 win vs. Knicks. "He quieted the noise, 42 points, 13 assists, 5 made three's. They are the first team to beat the Knicks three times," Ogwumike said. She asserted that Cunningham wanted to make a statement after All-Star break.
