"I consider Mark a friend. I always appreciate his thoughts. And I appreciate his frustration," Dumont said of Cuban's public comments that reflect dysfunction within current ownership. "We're not moving the team to another city. The team is not for sale. We're going to continue to invest in this franchise and build a new home for the team."
