Max Scherzer Moves to 10th All-Time in MLB Strikeouts Leaderboard

Scherzer allowed two runs on five hits while striking out four in the Blue Jays' 7-5 win over the Phillies. The 8x All-Star's punchout of Kyle Schwarber in the sixth moved Scherzer up to 10th in the all-time leaderboard with 3,516 strikeouts, surpassing Walter Johnson. He needs 18 more strikeouts to match Gaylord Parry for ninth place.
