Medical Timeout for Carlos Alcaraz Makes Alexander Zverev Furious

Alcaraz started moving gingerly at 4-4 in the third set of the semifinal. The Spaniard held his serve to go 5-4 up but a medical timeout made Zverev furious. The German complained to the officials about the medical timeout since it was just cramps, "It's unbelievable that he can get treated for cramps. This is bullshit."
