Miami Marlins Sign Chris Paddack to a One-Year Deal

The Marlins have reportedly signed Chris Paddack to a one-year deal, with a guaranteed $4 million and $500K in incentives. Miami was seeking a back-end starter after trading Edward Cabrera and Ryan Weathers. Paddack pitched to a 4.95 ERA in 21 starts with the Twins last season before joining the Tigers, for whom he pitched in 12 games.
