Finley is currently serving as the co-interim general manager and vice president of player personnel for the Mavericks. However, he wants to make the GM title more permanent going forward. "I’m everything Dallas is about. I played here, through the good times and the bad times, and as a fan of the Mavericks, I know what it takes."
