Michigan Refuse to Extend Paige Shiver’s Contract After Sherrone Moore Incident

The Michigan football staffer tied to Sherrone Moore’s firing is no longer with the program. A university spokesperson said Paige Shiver’s contract expired and wasn’t renewed. Moore was dismissed for cause in December 2025 over an “inappropriate relationship with a staff member.” Shiver later provided school officials with evidence of the relationship. Shortly after the firing, Moore allegedly drove to the woman's apartment and "barged his way" into her residence.
