Shannon Sharpe Says Rudy Gobert’s Defense Flipped Wolves-Nuggets Game 2
Sharpe said Gobert’s box score missed the point, arguing Jokic “felt his presence” all night. He said if Denver’s star had shot his usual percentage on 20 attempts, “that 24, it’s going to be 32, 34.” Instead, Gobert’s rim deterrence helped swing the game, with Sharpe calling Rudy’s impact “the key, the difference in the ball game.”
