Mike Breen Says Fans Lose Something With Local Broadcasts Gone for Playoffs
Breen pushed back on the NBA’s new playoff TV setup, calling it a “poor decision” that keeps local broadcasts off the entire postseason. He said local broadcasters become “part of the family” for fans and argued they deserve “to be thrown a bone” at least in the first round. “This is our final telecast of the season,” Breen added.
