Naoya Inoue Dominates Alan Picasso, Still Unsatisfied
Inoue outboxed Picasso over 12 rounds, cruising to scores of 120-108, 119-109 and 117-111 to retain undisputed super bantamweight gold. Yet he wasn’t satisfied. “It’s regrettable,” he said. “I really wanted to KO him…my concentration wasn’t there.” Picasso defended bravely, but Inoue’s speed and combinations controlled every phase. The Monster never looked flustered and dictated range throughout.
