NASCAR Cup Race at Darlington Sees Drop in Viewership from Multiple Angles

The Goodyear 400 averaged 2.429 million viewers, down about 3.5% from the 2.517 million averaged from last year's equivalent Darlington race. Tyler Reddick's win also saw a 1.4% decrease from last year's equivalent weekend(Homestead). This continues the trend of declining year-on-year viewership for most races; Atlanta was down 2%, COTA 4.8%, and Las Vegas 8% from last year's numbers.
