NASCAR Scraps the 'Promoter's Caution' for Dover All-Star Race

Last season's race at North Wilkesboro featured the 'Promoter's Caution' that allowed the track president to decide when to throw the flag at a random point in the race to bunch the field. Last year, the late flag helped Christopher Bell and cost Logano the victory and the $1 million prize. The All-Star race will be held on May 17.
