NASCAR to Reuse Familiar Tire Compound in Las Vegas This Weekend

Both the upcoming Cup and O'Reilly Series races at Las Vegas Motor Speedway will use the same tire compound used during last year's postseason event, announced NASCAR. Cup teams will receive ten sets of tires while the junior O'Reilly teams get six. The same Goodyear compound is also used at similar 1.5-mile-long tracks by the governing body.
