National Transportation Safety Board Unsure Who Was Piloting Greg Biffle’s Plane

Board member Michael Graham said investigators currently cannot verify who was piloting the plane during the Statesville crash that killed Biffle, his wife, two children, and three others. Records show three occupants held pilot's licenses on the aircraft. Officials also noted the plane could operate with a single pilot with a waiver, or with a crew as the investigation continues.
