NBA Clears Doug Christie After Investigating Kings’ Late Foul vs. Warriors

The NBA cleared Christie after investigating Sacramento’s intentional late foul against Golden State. The league found Christie mistakenly believed the Kings were not in the penalty and wanted to stop the clock using a remaining timeout. Investigators said he made no intentional effort to give the Warriors a shooting foul or cause Sacramento to lose the game.
