Victor Wembanyama on Spurs’ Progress: “Two Years Ago We’d Lose by 30 or 40”
After Spurs’ 25-point comeback vs Clippers, Wembanyama said the win felt “very meaningful” because it’s “not a game I see us win two years ago,” adding they’d “lose by 30 or 40.” He credited the group for staying loose while still doing “the little things that are hard,” calling it “a lot of progression” as they learn to win.
