NBA Executives Concerned Expansion’s Price Tag Could Be a Thinner Talent Pool
As expansion chatter grows, some NBA executives see a downside beyond new markets. Howard Beck reported concern that adding two franchises would stretch rosters too thin, with one exec saying some current teams already carry players who “shouldn’t be in the NBA.” The same executive added NIL is keeping more talent in college, leaving even fewer pro-ready players available.

Jaylen Brown Calls Out Lu Dort for “Smacking” Him on the Head Like “One of His Grandkids”
Brown took issue with Dort's defense in the Celtics' 119-109 win vs. Thunder. He didn't like the physicality, and pointed out one blow in particular,that took place in the third quarter. "Bro smacked me upside the head like I’m one of his grandkids," Brown said. He questioned the officiating also, stating that referees weren't going to call the foul initially.
