NBA Lacks Evidence to Void Terry Rozier Contract
NBA has not terminated Rozier’s contract or granted Miami cap relief because the league has not been given access to federal evidence tied to the case. Without that material, the NBA has no basis to overturn its prior finding that Rozier did nothing wrong. The Heat are operating under the belief he can still be traded as a cap facilitator.
