NBA Playoffs Bracket Update (April 27th)
The Thunder have swept the Phoenix Suns, winning Game 4 131-122. They await the winner of Lakers-Rockets in the second round. The Magic took a 3-1 lead over Detroit as the 8th seed with a 94-88 win. Only six 8-seeds have beaten a one-seed since 1984. The Nuggets won Game 5 vs Minnesota. Minny leads the series 3-2.

Stephen A. Smith Wants More Urgency From Devin Booker
Smith said Booker, not Phoenix, needs a split after another early offseason. “We demand so much of everybody else. What about him?” he asked, saying Booker gets “no shade” despite elite scoring and five All-Star picks. Smith said he needs to see Booker “clamoring and starving to win,” rather than looking comfortable with his situation in Phoenix.
