The 4th seeded Cavaliers have advanced to the Eastern Conference Finals to face off against the 3-seed New York Knicks after a blow out 125-94 Game 7 victory in Detroit. The Cavs have now won two straight Game 7s as they beat Orlando in 7 as well. The winner of Cavs-Knicks will face the winner of OKC-Spurs in the Finals.
