NBA Wants Tanking Fixed Before Expansion Moves Forward
Charania said NBA plans to tackle tanking before adding teams in Seattle or Las Vegas. “They’re going to address tanking situation and come up with anti-tanking rules and draft lottery reform as soon as this summer,” he said. He added Adam Silver has told teams change could come by next season, with NBA determined to clean that up before expansion.
