NCAA Loses Appeal in Trinidad Chambliss Eligibility Case

The NCAA’s appeal to the Mississippi Supreme Court in the Trinidad Chambliss eligibility case has been denied, Pete Thamel reported. This would mean that Chambliss will be eligible to play for Ole Miss in 2026. Josiah D. Coleman, the presiding justice, issued the ruling on Friday. He was granted a preliminary injunction last month. The NCAA filed its appeal on March 5
