NCAA Says Protect College Sports Act Could Override Brendan Sorsby Eligibility Ruling

"If the Protect College Sports Act becomes law before the case is resolved, it would override Sorsby's legal challenge," NCAA told Division I commissioners. NCAA warned of an effort to strip Section 123, which states the bill applies to pending cases, including Trinidad Chambliss', and would override existing injunctions against NCAA eligibility rules.
