The small red mollusc was discovered by biologist Jesus Ortea in the Caribbean, and he opted to name it after Cape Verde's goalkeeper, calling it 'Aldisa vozinha'. "The red color of the dedicated species is a reminder of his feat," Ortea said, referring to Vozhinha's heroics sealing Cape Verde's first World Cup point in a goalless draw with Spain.
