NFL, NFLPA Haven’t Started Formal Talks on Next CBA

The NFL and NFLPA have not begun formal talks on a new collective bargaining agreement, despite the league's reported interest in an 18-game season. According to longtime NFL reporter Mark Maske, negotiations on an extension to the current deal, which runs through 2030, have yet to start. Any future talks are expected to address regular-season expansion and additional international games.
