NFL Plans To Launch a Professional Flag Football League

NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell announced in London the league will launch men’s and women’s professional flag football leagues “in the next couple of years,” ahead of its 2028 Olympic debut. “The demand is there,” Goodell said, citing growth from youth to college. The league has already invested, from lobbying for Olympic inclusion to making the Pro Bowl a flag showcase.
