NFL Pro Bowl 2026: Start Time, Channel, and How to Watch Live

The 2026 NFL Pro Bowl flag football game will be played Tuesday, Feb. 3, at 8 p.m. ET from San Francisco’s Moscone Center. The made-for-TV event airs on ESPN, ABC, and Disney XD, with streaming available on the ESPN app, NFL+, and Fubo. The Pro Bowl is now part of Super Bowl week, ahead of NFL Honors.
