NFL RedZone Ads Rise from One Min in Week 1 to Over Eight Mins
NFL RedZone’s once ad-free experience is quickly vanishing. Per Josh Carpenter, Sunday’s show featured 16 on-screen ads totaling four minutes and 40 seconds, quadruple Week 1’s load. Add in sponsored segments like Allstate’s “Good Hands” and Mercedes-Benz’s “Drive of the Day,” and ad time hit eight minutes, up eightfold since opening week. Fans paying extra may soon push back.
