NFL Referees Union Schedules Vote On New CBA With League

"Negotiations between the NFL and the NFL Referees Association on a new collective bargaining agreement have progressed far enough that the union has scheduled a ratification vote for Thursday night," Schefter reported. The current CBA expires May 31 after more than two years of negotiations. The league prepared for college replacement officials in March but that will not be needed.
