NFL's Brian McCarthy Wins Prestigious Horrigan Award

NFL vice president of communications Brian McCarthy has won the 2026 Horrigan Award, voted on by the Professional Football Writers of America. McCarthy, who joined the NFL in 1994 and became chief spokesperson in 2022, is the 54th winner of the award and seventh from the league's communications office. John Lynch and Troy Vincent were among the other nominees.
