NFL to Save 64 Minutes by Shortening Time Between First Round Draft Picks
The league is shortening the time between picks in the first round this year. Thus, teams will now have 8 minutes instead of 10, helping the league save 64 minutes overall. In total, teams can take up to 256 minutes instead of the previous 320. This move will help speed up the draft and allow advertisers to secure more slots.
