NFLPA Sues Video Game Partner for More Than $3 Million
The NFL Players Association has filed a federal lawsuit against video game licensee Saber Interactive, seeking more than $3 million after claiming the company failed to pay a previously awarded arbitration judgment. The NFLPA says Saber wired only $1.44 million despite owing unpaid guarantees, licensing fees, interest, attorney fees, costs and arbitration expenses stemming from their 2023 partnership agreement.
