Powell admitted he feels underrated because of the stars around him. “I think so,” he said. “On championship teams, the franchise players are already built. I could have 20 and 8, but when you’re with James, Russ, Kawhi, and PG, no matter how good your games are, they’re promoting them, so you fly under the radar.”
