Notah Begay III believes 2025 was “paramount” for the PGA Tour as it proved it can thrive without Tiger Woods or a LIV merger. With Scottie Scheffler and Rory McIlroy driving “golf that matters,” he said fans showed they still value the Tour’s product. Begay added the Tour “didn’t do a great job” planning for post-Tiger life but “luckily” stars emerged.
