Following an embarrassing first-round exit to a depleted Timberewolves side, the Nuggets are looking to improve defensively and athletically. Per Marc Stein "the Nuggets will be open to pretty much any trade scenario that can provide Jokić more athletic (and defensive-minded) support." Retaining Peyton Watson appears to be the number 1 priority in addition to revamping the roster.
