O.J. Simpson Estate Approves $58 Million Goldman Claim

Simpson’s estate has accepted Fred Goldman’s creditor claim for nearly $58 million, far below the $117 million originally sought. Executor Malcolm LaVergne says the negotiated amount will be paid as the estate auctions assets, while also prioritizing IRS debts. LaVergne rejected most other claims but credited Goldman for cooperative guidance. The judgment stems from Simpson’s 1997 civil liability ruling.
