Ian Begley said Anunoby should play in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals, calling his injury “minor” and “not a significant thing.” Begley said he feels “very comfortable” with that expectation “barring some setbacks,” because New York’s sweep gave Anunoby extra rest to regain rhythm and conditioning, as Cavs and Pistons fight for the 2nd spot.
