OKC Thunder Have Saved Hundreds Of Millions On Their Tax Bill This Offseason
The Thunder traded Lu Dort to the Atlanta Hawks for a couple second round picks and in doing so, saved over $266 million in luxury tax payments. Since the offseason started, Presti has traded Aaron Wiggins and Isaiah Joe, leading to a total of $317 million saved. OKC now has about $40 million in cap space to the second apron.
