Omar Young Joins Klint Kubiak’s New Team as RB Coach

The Raiders officially hired Omar Young as their new running backs coach on Thursday, joining the staff of new head coach Klint Kubiak. Young, an Oakland native, returns to the NFL after a successful 2025 season at the University of Iowa, where the Hawkeyes ranked 17th nationally in rushing. He is tasked with developing 2025 first-round pick Ashton Jeanty in Kubiak's revamped offensive system.
