Oregon Expected To Add Rip Rowan To Defensive Staff
Oregon is expected to hire Rip Rowan as a member of its defensive staff, sources told CBS Sports. Rowan spent last season as a defensive assistant with the Las Vegas Raiders. Before his NFL stint, he coached defensive linemen at Washington and Georgia Southern, bringing both pro and college experience to the Ducks.

Brennan Marion Gets Emotional Remembering Dominiq Ponder
Colorado offensive coordinator Brennan Marion fought back tears while speaking about quarterback Dominiq Ponder, who died at 23 in a March 1 single-vehicle crash in Boulder. “You see somebody every day… We’ll just save a spot for him in the room,” Marion said. State Patrol said Ponder’s Tesla lost control on a curve, struck a guardrail and utility pole, then caught fire.
