Oregon WR Justius Lowe Entering Transfer Portal

Lowe plans to enter NCAA transfer portal, according to On3’s Hayes Fawcett, with two years of eligibility remaining. The Oregon receiver totaled six catches for 56 yards in 2025 after posting 21 receptions, 203 yards and a touchdown in 2024. A former four-star recruit, Lowe spent three seasons at Oregon, making five starts and appearing in 11 games during the 2024 campaign.
