Orioles Place Chris Bassitt on 15-Day IL With Back Discomfort

Baltimore placed Bassitt on the 15-day IL retroactive to Friday with low back discomfort. Manager Craig Albernaz said it was "too soon to tell" how severe the issue is. Bassitt is 4-4 with a 5.27 ERA this season, his first with the Orioles. Baltimore recalled Trey Gibson from Triple-A to replace Bassitt against the Mariners.
