Orlando Magic Had Interest In Jason Kidd A Couple Years Ago

Jason Kidd has mutually parted ways with the Mavericks with 4 years and $40 million still left on his deal. Marc Stein reports that the Magic, who fired Jamahl Mosley this postseason, had interest in pursuing Kidd as their head coach in 2021. It remains to be seen if they still are interested in 2026.

When asked about how the Knicks dug deep to complete the comeback, Brunson added, "We got some stops. Kept fighting, kept believing." The Knicks went on an unbelievable 44-12 run to win.
