Pablo Torre Says Clippers Complaint Wasn't Gossip, It Was Sworn Testimony

Torre pushed back after Ballmer dismissed his reporting as “gossip,” posting an excerpt from a whistleblower complaint alleging the Clippers used carbon credits to fund a Kawhi bonus disguised as a sponsorship agreement and skirt the cap. Torre said the filing was signed under penalty of perjury in 2023 and helped convict former Aspiration executive Joseph Sanberg.
