Packers Fans Say No to New Stadium as NFC North Goes Indoors

Once the Bears open their new stadium, the Packers will be the only NFC North team still playing outdoors. “Football was born in the mud, wind, and freezing temps, not in climate-controlled stadiums,” one fan commented, praising Lambeau Field. “The Packers turned a 33,000-seat stadium in 1957 into the 80,000-seat palace of today. No fancy new stadium needed,” another added.
