Panthers’ Parent Company Faces Gender Discrimination Lawsuit From Former Male Employee

Former Charlotte FC executive Dustin Swinehart has sued Tepper Sports & Entertainment, alleging gender discrimination led to his firing. Swinehart claims male and female employees were held to different disciplinary standards and says he was terminated over an email he did not send. The Panthers’ parent company acknowledged the lawsuit but declined to comment on the ongoing litigation.
