Patriots WR Stefon Diggs Charged With Felony Strangulation, Misdemeanor Assault

According to Boston 25 News, Diggs has been charged with felony strangulation or suffocation and misdemeanor assault and battery. He was not arrested, and his attorneys appeared in court Tuesday seeking to have the police report impounded. Diggs is scheduled for arraignment on Jan. 23. The Patriots have not commented, nor addressed his Week 18 availability.
